When we reference your potential tenants our independent referencing company will check for any adverse credit history, for example, bankruptcy, CCJ’s in the current and previous names and addresses.

ARLA Contracts

Lockstones use a rental agreement that is ARLA certified meaning you can be confident it is up to date and encompasses the latest legislative changes.

Lockstones offer a clear and transparent fee structure which allows landlords to plan and budget over the course of a natural tenancy. Choosing the path that is best for them. The below table shows fee’s payable both excluding and including VAT at the prevailing rate of 20%.
